Green Globe Artichokes

At some point prolly soon, I need to overnight them in the fridge, for a few weeks

and I have images, I can't seem to post images, I'm sad

Still working on getting it so we can upload images as we post new replies, but for now we should at least be able to attach them to replies *after* we make them.

I forgot how different they look when they're small! What does putting them in the fridge do, is that vernalization?
